In 2006, WTL was established in Shenzhen, a wholly foreign-owned enterprise, mainly engaged in the development of the silicone rubber industry.

In 2007, WTL accumulated into a preliminary period and accumulated the first batch of customers such as domestic and Hong Kong.

In 2009, WTL promoted and developed overseas markets, and accumulated a number of well-known overseas customers; and passed ISO9001 quality management system certification.

14 years WTL has defined that the company's development goals will become a leader and pioneer in electronic products and peripheral accessories.

15 years WTL revised the company's nature as a Sino-foreign joint venture and passed the SA8000 social responsibility system certification.

16 years WTL defines the direction and vision of the company's capital market

17 years WTL won the "National High-tech Enterprise Certificate", "Shenzhen High-tech Enterprise Certificate" and won the "Innovative Technology Achievement Award" issued by the Hong Kong Federation of Innovation, Technology and Manufacturing Federation.

18 years WTL established a wholly-owned subsidiary in Guangxi and passed ISO14001: 2015 environmental management system certification.

19 years was awarded the Certificate of Guangdong High Growth Middle and Small Enterprise issued by the Gongdong Provincial Department of Industry and information Technology.
